Who Can Apply for a General Skilled Migrant GSM Visa?
Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements for a general skilled migrant's visa to Australia from the Philippines can apply for one.
These general skilled migration GSM visas all have different requirements. Some types of general skilled migrant's visa require the Filipino applicant to already have an employer in Australia, while others do not. For example, for someone to be eligible for an independent skilled migrant's visa, they must:
Be less than fifty years of age.
Be able to speak and write English competently.
